Staff will be able to put you in the touch with the right people who can help you and offer you support as well. Each student is encouraged to discuss their achievements and concerns with us at all times. They are mentored and progress monitored by their form tutor in the first instance. The Assistant and Deputy Heads of Sixth Form take responsibility for each year group, and develop an overview of each girl. Overall responsibility for Sixth Form pastoral care lies with the Head of Sixth Form.
In addition to the extensive support within the Sixth Form team, students are also able to access support from the school nurse, who holds drop in sessions once a week. They can also access a counselling service within school.
Key issues of personal development and well-being are considered as part of the Sixth Form PSHE and Enrichment Day programmes.
Students can also access support through the pastoral email address: SFstudentsupport@cchs.essex.sch.uk
