Chess & Scrabble
This takes place on the first Thursday of every month and lasts for the whole of lunch. Students can bring food to eat while enjoying a game of chess or scrabble
Book Group
The book group has been shadowing the Essex Book Award shortlisted titles with discussions on The Extinction Trials and A Darkness of Dragons with the winner being announced every year in March
Film Club
Students from all years enjoyed the latest film showing of Incredibles 2 along with their cups of popcorn. The film club screenings happen every term and past films have included The Greatest Showman and Paddington 2.
Extra Clubs
We have a stock of appropriate board games, including Chess, Scrabble, Rummikub, as well as packs of cards for students to use during lunch breaks.
