The Times recently published an article on Sian Cleaver, CCHS alumna and spacecraft engineer, focusing on her role in supporting the Artemis II mission. In the article, it is noted that:
As a grammar school pupil at Chelmsford County High School for Girls, she thrived in her physics classes. “Because I went to an all-girls school, the idea of women being less interested in Stem [science, technology, engineering and maths] just wasn’t a thing for me.”
