The Better Buildings Appeal Committee is a group of parents, governors and staff who are committed to raising funds in order to develop and improve the School’s facilities. Whilst we are proud of our heritage and traditions, we are keen to move with the times and provide the best possible facilities for our students in the 21st century. The School’s strategic campus development plan has identified the following priorities:
- A Sports Hall to provide indoor sporting and dance facilities as well as multi-functional space for whole School events and public examinations;
- A new teaching block to replace Bancroft
- Improved Science, Library and Sixth Form facilities
The School has a long tradition of parents supporting its fundraising appeals. In the last decade we have raised an amazing £1.5 million which has gone towards the artificial pitch, the Technology Suite, the Music Centre and the new Languages Centre, amongst other projects. Current students are extremely grateful to the parents and other donors who have supported the school so generously in the past.
The School has recently set up an online giving page via Totalgiving. Alternatively, please click HERE for further information on how you can donate to our appeal.
We hope that all parents, former students and supporters of the school will want to help us to invest in the future development of the School, not only for the benefit of our current students but also of the many generations to come. Thank you for your support.
