Job Description

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Examinations Officer to assist in the co-ordination and administration of all functions associated with school and public examinations.  The post holder will recruit, train, and manage the School’s External Invigilators and be responsible for the production of assessment data and reports.

The role requires someone with an eye for detail, energy, enthusiasm, the ability to prioritise and a calm manner. The successful candidate will be approachable, have strong people skills and a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.   Experience of working in an educational environment and of using SIMS and its Assessment Manager plus Profiles modules would be desirable, but not essential.

The post is part-time, 30 hours per week across 5 days, term-time only, plus 1 week in the summer holidays.
