Citizenship

Throughout the school, students are taught to be active citizens.

The knowledge and understanding required to become an informed citizen is taught both discretely, through the PSHE programme, and throughout the curriculum.

Students' discussion of the issues involved in citizenship will develop their skills of enquiry.

Students are encouraged at all times to participate in the wider life of the school and be responsible for their local community.
