How To Apply

At Chelmsford County High School, we have approximately 150 places in Year 12. A minimum of 30 places will be offered to suitably qualified applicants from outside the school.

External students will need to complete the Application Form. This paperwork will allow us to consider your subject choices in the light of your career plans and discuss with you, if necessary.

Entry into the Sixth Form is determined by GCSE results and the exact requirements are as set out below. Offers of places in the Sixth Form are confirmed when GCSE results are published, but all prospective Sixth Formers will be invited to participate in the Induction programme which takes place in July.
